Whether you have every pose planned to the last detail, or you don't even know where to start, I will work with you to create the memories that will last a lifetime. I shoot every wedding as if it were my own, seeking to capture moments and details that will bring your pictures to life time and time again.

From the beginning

We will map out a package that fits your desires, and pocketbook, as best as possible. :) Through this site, along with other galleries available online, you can gain a clear expectation of what to expect when your pictures are returned. A list of references with contact information is available upon request.

Wedding packages start at $1,150 and include an online gallery to view and purchase photos, as well as "web-sized" digital copies of your pics. This allows you to view images, without a watermark, on your computer and e-mail or display on the web. Full digital negatives are available for purchase as well. Engagement sessions, many sizes of prints and coffee table books, along with other options are also available.

Once you've picked out the right components for your package, a contract will be drafted and sent to you. This allows us to be very clear on what is expected. A $200 deposit is required with the contract, which will lock me in to the scheduled time of your wedding.

While we wait

For the wedding day, I will be collecting any information you give me about style variations you want to see, or specific shots you want added to your collection. A "Shoot Sheet" is available to help you think through some of the more common poses and standard shots you may want.

I'm always available to discuss any ideas on your photos that you may have; and when possible will always want to see the location, as well as minute by minute, of your wedding day.

On the Wedding Day

I assume everything is "fair game" for photography, unless told otherwise. The essential key to my package is delivering pictures that bring your wedding memories to life! I want to capture scenes from each moment of your wedding experience.

Any recommendations you make in the time leading up to your wedding will take first priority. Working with a good wedding coordinator is always a plus, and can help me to move posed shots along quickly.

Returning your pictures

Typically takes between 2 and 3 weeks. A timeline for this will be set when writing your contract. Pictures will be published online (to public, or only to friends and family upon request), and delivered on disk (depending on which package you choose) at this time as well.

I photo-finish between 150 to 250 pictures from each wedding on average. The amount photo-finished depends on the number of shooting hours as well as the lighting of the event. (Poor lighting requires more post processing.) Additional Photoshop work is available upon request for up to 10 more pictures without additional cost.

Every photographer has their own style of shooting, along with their own style for a post process. Although I work towards capturing your wedding in the light that you want to remember it, you should expect to see pictures similar to what are on this site. I shoot with a "photojournalistic" style, and my post process is clean and simple. I avoid cheap special effects, in efforts to deliver a clean, and real feeling photograph. My hopes are that when you are looking at your pictures 20 years from now, you will remember the joy of your wedding day, as if it were yesterday.
